We're sending you this message because an email provider has informed us that they're receiving unacceptable levels of negative feedback about email sent from your account. This type of feedback isn't shown in the complaint metrics for your account. The email providers don't give us a list of customers who issued these complaints, so we can't provide you with a list of email addresses that generated these complaints. Additionally, we can't share the name of the email provider that informed us of the complaints.
