I am looking to sell water level alert devices to residents of small towns and cities in Nigeria so as to alert users on time of low water level in their storage tanks. The device would operate with solar and installed on top of the tanks. The device should be capable of sending an SMS alert for 15% water level. The range of the sense should be 3m max. It needs to be mass produced but 50pcs for a start. Each piece should cost between $10-$20.
