Hello. I am experienced hardware engineer. Work in Altium Designer. I can do this work for you. Do you have schematic documents not only in pdf but in sch format? And same question about PCB Board. The complexity of the work depends on this. Do I need to do everything from scratch, or just to remake some things. Best regards!

Dear Sir, Thank you for your valued time. Have downloaded the schematic and dxf file from the link. In dxf file only mechanical dimensions are given. (VAR-SOLOCustomBoard_REV_1_1_DXF) Complete pcb design is not complete. So what we can offer is we can make the changes in schematic as per required and we can design the pcb in altium or orcad software and can support for complete pcb design. We have checked the schematic and schematic is proper but there is no proper connection or pcb designed in dxf format as on link also its mentioned that only mechanical design files are there in dxf file.
