Developers for this project must posses rich skills in all three of the following areas,
1. Hardware - PCB engineering for the production of a daughter board that consists of IO, USB Ports, RS485 Ports, and Ethernet Ports.
Case design for housing the finished product.
2. Software - Android custom application to channel communications between the daughter board and a smartphone as the motherboard.
The smartphone will be permanently connected and will use Node-RED as the main communications method via the custom application.
3. Communications - The protocols for the above mentioned daughter board will be necessary,
BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus IP, MQTT
