RFID reader with GSM circuit design

Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good experience in product design and development. I am excellent in embedded design & programming using pic, dspic controllers and MATLAB codding for Power projects, Boot loaders, CAN communication, EEprom. UART , Protocols for networking, wi-Fi routers, Electrical vehicles and AC drives, stepper motor controls. I designed sine wave inverters for standalone and grid tie Inverters. As an embedded software engineer has good knowledge on various firmware protocols and slave devices. I had worked with the RFID reader and GSM software development and uploading the data to the server through FTP. For the current requirement based on the RFID device the protocol has to be decided to read the RFID data and most of the GSM devices communicate through UART protocol and to upload the data what type of request(http, ftp etc..) has to be decided.
