Reboot Training Plans

Hi

I am looking to automate a series of 12 x weekly training plans depending on the information a client inputs into the data boxes.

Each training plan will include 7 days Mon - Sun.

Each day will either include one of the following -

Rest Day

Strength Session

Endurance Session

Speed Session

Under each of the Sessions will be the following options

Strength Session - Gym Users = 1 Rep Max, 5 Rep Max x 3 Sets, 10 Rep Max x 3 Sets, 15 Rep Max x 3 Sets, 20 Rep Max x 2 Sets, 25 Rep Max x 2 Sets or Drop Sets

Non Gym Users = Circuit Dose AOB, Circuit Dose Legs, Circuit Dose Core or Circuit Dose Upper Body

Circuit Style Sessions - Sprint Circuits, Boxing, Skip Circuits & Chess Fit

Endurance Session - This can fall under 4 sub categories Swim, Bike, Run or Row.

Under each of these sub categories the following rules need to apply -

Swim 30 min = Distance? Whatever distance is achieved will become the following weeks Endurance Swim Session. For Example -

Swim X distance achieved in week 1) = Time? Whenever they get their time down to 25 minutes for that distance, it then creates a new distance, that being 10% + of the distance achieved in week one.

The same rules will apply for Run but over 60 min, Bike over 90 min & Row over 30 min.

There will need to be an form initially completed for them to decide whether they run, swim, bike or row or a combination of any.

There also needs to be a rule in place for clients who are unable to train for 30, 60 or 90 minutes. So if the can only run for 15 minutes, once they complete it the following week will prescribe 20 min, then 30 min and so on until they complete 60 minutes and they then follow the above stipulated rules.

Speed Session - There will be up to 3 separate speed sessions for each discipline Swim, Run, Bike and Row.

Swim = 10% of the distance achieved (DA) in their endurance session x 8 or 10% DA x 2, 6% DA x 3, 4% DA x 4 & 2% DA x 8 or 5% DA x 12

Bike = 3 min fast 3 min slow x 10 or Bike 10 Mile = Time?

Row = 10% DA x 8, 10% DA x 2, 6% DA x 3 or 4% DA x 4 & 2% DA x 8 or 5% DA x 12

Run = Hills x 12 or Track 40 sec x 2, 20 sec x 4 & 10 sec x 8 or 1.5 Mile = Time?

It needs to deliver a weekly training plan that follows these rules until the WK 1 plan is completed then provides an automated week 2 plan following the stipulated rules. for 12 weeks. Week 1 & week 12 will include assessments sessions too.

I also require a post 12 week report that displays the improvements achieved.
