We can measure water flow from sensors I can provide you the cheapest and efficient design to neasure water water flow and send the data to the cloud using GSM we will use sensor with main controller it will allow the system to take the input from the flow metre and then process this data and passed it to the GSM module in this way we can estimate the the water flow remotely based on my experience and expertise I am the best candidate to complete this job kindly allow me to work on the project

Hi, Please read below, I can do it for free except expenses. First note that the module for "SIM" you've provided is not actually for SIM but for SD card. Also if you need "blurred faces" seems to me that you don't need a camera, moreover to transfer data will be costly and, because of rural area, perhaps you can not even have data link. Not counting that if someone does know that there's a camera will damage or stole it. So taking pictures is, IMHO, useless. I propose you to have an SMS sent from every well, say every day, with the amount of water taken , battery status etc. and an alarm in case PIR is activated toward a "SMS" collector (a phone) that will store data. I will make also the PCBs: having it "wired" is asking for troubles. I think that 80 Euro will cover my costs and the fees from freelancer, paypal etc. but with delivery expenses, taxes etc. I fear it would end up in the range of 200-500 Euro, however for every component used I'll provide the source. To realize it I need the very exact Items you'll use. For the Arduino components I think we'll be well below 50Euro, the real cost is battery & solar panel and PUMP. Perhaps you can have more freelancer, me for the "rugged" version and then make a "camera" version if is really needed. Last but not least: this project requires extensive testing (water measurement, message sending, solar charge/discharge etc.) so 45 days is purely a guess. Let me know. Alex.
