Hi. I have read about your project and I very interested to do this project, I enjoy the development of schematic and PCB of electronic circuits
On my profile () you can see many projects that I made relationated with PCB design and output report files, using eagle, Easyeda, Proteus and Altium. One of these projects is the Redesign of a Smart Light System (product that turn on and turn the at bulb using a touch sensor or a request through a Web Server) using Altium designer 18. First was redesign the circuit adding a PIC16F688 and an ESP01 and remove an ESP07 and with this, reduce the number of resistors from the previous circuit, from 18 to 10, which you can see on the Smart Light System on my Profile.
Continuing with the description of the project, was designed the PCB, specifying the rules like the space between overlay segment (0.3mm), drill holes diameter (min 0.5, mas 1.5, preferred 0.8mm) and routes width (0.5mm preferred). Finally, was created the routing and the GND into the top and bottom layer of the PCB, and add the Assembly mechanical Layer to generate the Assembly file in the Gerber Files. All the components used in the system were added the supplier, footprint, symbol and 3D model, used to create the schematic, PCB, 3D model, Gerber file and BOM.
