Build me a simple iot based air pollution monitoring system using arduino circuit diagram

As I understand from your picture, it has one wifi module(looks like esp8266), one sensor and a display. Please mention the deails of the parts used and the function of the wfi module to send he senor data at what interval and to where. Eg to website /MQTT etc..
