We publish a SaaS application. Our customers are mortgage brokers. The broker needs to collect information from borrowers. We are beginning to look at Typeform as the tool we will use to create customizable forms which will be completed by borrowers, and reviewed by brokers. We will do the integration work (moving data from Typeform to our database), but we would like help with the forms definition and design. We would provide you with credentials to our Typeform account, and ask that you create the forms we need. As it happens, one of our current clients has given us a model to consider, and the first job will be "copy" this sample form (built with SurveyGizmo) into our Typeform account.
