Write code for Arduino project

I can make that device and also may propose some features after discussion. I will need photos of your pan/tilt device to check what type of the motors it has (if any installed). Also you may need MOSFET module to control laser. (I will provide a link). Also, I will need to check your joystick. Other parts seem clear and I can make it and test on the real hardware at my side. Hello! I will make the arduino code and wiring diagram for pan/tilt device equipped a laser pointer that will be programmable by the user to start and end at selected points. My suggestion is to use 2.4 TFT touch screen to reduce the input and output components. By this i will make much better interface of device and will avail you much better functionalities.
