Hi, What is data acquisition protocol you want to used? In order to check your schematics, I need to know detailed specification of your data acquisition protocol. Because it realy depend on Specification itself. I have experienced managing several hardware protocol bus like ARINC429, ARINC565, 1553B, RS485, RS422, MODBUS, DMX, etc. And All of them have their own specification. We need to identify it first before move to schematics design. I have became hardware designer since 2012 and has done lot of projects from hobbyst to military purpose. Hello Sir I would place bigger resistor on output 750ohm ones are too small and they will just heat and spent energy for nothing, i will go in kilo ohm range. Also i would place resistor between base and emiter as a reference on transistor. Why you are using a relay for input? Cant you use some more elegant solution ? Regards Milan
