Need to create a panel using gerbers

I have panel creation software that requires only the gerber files to create a panel with snap-apart tabs and rails if necessary for automated addembly equipment. I also know how to best arrange boards to minimize the panel size and resulting fabrication cost of the panels. I also have recommendations on our preferred PCB vendor who accepts customer panelized boards with minimal surcharges for different designs on one panel. I have over 40 years of experience in electronics and PCB design. I just received a panel we submitted for fabrication that is a total of 4 different designs of 4 layer boards with a total of 11 individual boards. I can sned you images of the composite panel front and back if you like. Hopefully the files you have include a separate board outline layer. If not, one can be created.
