Hi. I'm a electrical engineer with experience in the design of embedded system for control and monitoring of electrical and mechanical process, including control of RPM of DC and AC motors.}, programming pics, arduino, esp, and raspberry, using protocol loike MOdBus ( I2C, SPI, 1wire) Fieldbus and http(TCP/IP).
1) I made a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) where I implemeted an optical sensor (IR) to measure the pulses of the motor and stabilize the voltage and freqeuncy in proportion with the speed of the motor. I made a project in Simulink designing a synchroscope for AC motors.
2) Yes. I used IR diodes tx and rx to count the pulse and the time that each pulse takes and with that determinate the value of the speed. of Each motor
3)Yes, I know C,C++, AVR and python.
4)Yes, I used proteus, EASYEDA and EAGLE to design the schematic and pcb. Proteus also for simulation.
5) The project consist in create and controller that can receive data of RPM from the Engine with a IR sensor and apply that speed to the DC motor, and with another IR sensor measure the speed of the DC motor and stablize it, also have a button of ON/OFF, a bank of battery to supply the DC motor, Light Indicators to know if hte DC if SYNCH or not.
6) I can make the documentation and design of the Motor speed controller, for the implementation I will need the elements.
