filtering design with 'sptool' in Matlab

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me out for a filtering design using sptool in Matlab. There is the measurement of the pressure waves emitted by thermal expansion resulting from proton beam. But the signals have a very low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The aim of this work is to investigate if advanced signal processing technique can significantly improve the SNR of the signals. I have a raw data measured by a high-energy proton beam which transferred the signal from the heat (we call it proton-acoustic). All the measurement consist with a spreadsheet and there are total 512 spreadsheets. Note that this 512 times measurement is considered as ground truth. For example, if you pick all 512 data together, we call it the avg512. And if you choose just 8 data of 512, we call it the avg8. I would like to figure it out how to get a valuable signal as a low number of measurement as possible such as avg8 or below. You can use a wavelet transform as well.
