dear sir/mam I gone through the attachment. What is understood is that you are expecting a low cost and low low power solution for your product. My suggestion is to use attiny 10 as the controller which cost you around .25cents and the led's and button would cost you around .35cents or less than that depending on your local vendor for mass production. And the cob cost will be so less because you expected for the size of 1dollar coin which 1 inch in diameter . For that size you can get 0.5 cents per PCB . by seeing above all the total cost for that electronics will come around 1.2 dollar approx. the tricker part is that writing code for the controller without RTC(real time clock ). But don't worry I have already worked on this same controller with similar working, to turn on a motor for 5 second on every 12 hours . In here I need to do it for 30,60 and 90 days. the time it takes to finish the project is depend on the shipping time of the components ,pcb and shipping to you. Hi, I have a 5 plus years experience in developing several products. Two of them have been sent to USPTO by the owner. One is an a very interesting Mechanical product. I design on Autodesk Inventor, and have things prototyped from contacts in China. Their lead times are very good, I receive prototypes within a week until when I usually have designed a next design for second iteration. 3d printing, assembling, springs, carving, electronics and pcb design etc is all done by myself. I'm an electronics engineer by education, and adequate at coding.
