Design and build a PCB main control board for Power Breezer 2019

Its a simple but an interesting job. I will design the main control board and will assemble 5 prototypes for it. I do have in house assembling facilities with all the machinery and testing equipment required for it. I will then ship 3 boards to you for testing and keep two boards for building the firmware. My bid includes everything, designing the control board, procuring components and PCB for it, assembling as well as firmware development. There will be 3 milestones for it, 1st one when design is ready so that I can start making the PCB and procure components, 2nd milestone when the test prototype is shipped to you after validating everything works and basic firmware is ready, 3rd and final milestone will be after you test at your side and satisfied. Expected duration for completion of this job will be 45 days or less as there will be many phases and all my PCBs are nowadays being fabricated in China so there are external factors which may cause delays. However I normally get them in 10 days and parts should reach by that time from digikey or mouser. I will also assist you to program the control board just in case needed. I will however send you pre loaded firmware in them, but I am sure you will need some tweaking on the codes in order to perform at its highest efficiency once you connect that to your actual mechanism. I will tweak the codes accordingly as per your feedback and test results. Lets discuss and get it done nicely. Thanks...BR. Roy

Hi I would be very happy to help create the control pcb to help you enhance your product. I would of course require some info regarding the motors and the type of interface you would like to give - whether its mechanical switch based or a more modern capacitive touch control based. The electronics will be designed to run on a universal ac supply so you could export it anywhere and not have to worry about power conversions etc. I will produce a complete working prototype and have it mailed to you. Dear Sir: Thank you very much for your polite offer about a power breezer PCB; in order to achieve your best satisfaction, we'd thank you please specify us some additional parameters about the needed circuit and its environment, as could are: -Motors to be used: kind and power for each one; Power supply: Voltage and peak current. -Level of "intelligence": speed breeze regulation, humidity level regulation, (any other one). -Alarm situations to be contemplated: Overcurrent, Overvoltage, Overtemperature, lack of water... -The PWM will be generated by the PBC; does the power drives also be incorporated to handle the motors current?. In such case, does the DC necessary to feed the PWM generators be rectified from line onboard? Before proceeding I would like to know about the BOM cost and physical dimension of the cob and the power requirements for pump ,motor ,I/P and O/P voltage and current requirements.
