Hello, This is still not the proposal as many things need to be clarified and agreed. Basically, your system will have: 1. A simple android app or a responsive web application will be developed as the central control panel. You can control it from your phone via the Internet or install an Android tablet in the room. In my experience, a cheapest android table still have much better touch screen than the lcd module which is usually sold for IoT. 2. Light, temperature and humidity measuring and controlling are not difficult. However, need more information on nutrient controlling. 3. A cloud backend need to developed. This is for smooth accessing from the Internet and also to extend to multiple room later on. 4. Controlling processor will be WiFi-enabled ESP8266 - this is 32 bit 80MHz processor which is much stronger than Arduino. I am from Vietnam which is in UTC+7.
