Re-create Word Document (10 page Manual) from Scratch to eliminate formatting issues

Hello, We have a 10-page instruction manual (Word document) for a product that refuses to print correctly; this Word document was created using multiple versions of Word (and Word compatible software) so we believe it has some strange compatibility issues. Therefore to remove all of these strange issues, we would like a brand new Microsoft Word document created, with nice formatting and that will print correctly. The old document is attached. We would like it recreated using good, correct elements, table of contents, page numbers. Do not modify the current document or use it as a base, it is broken, we need a new document, a Word document that is 100% current standards, easy to update, and no formatting issues on screen or when printed. We need this today! Thank you
