Multi Store e-commerce platform

I have multiple stores in multiple areas. Wanted to have an app based e-commerce store. Each store is in difference parts of India and have separate UPI ID for payment collection. The stores have different price list. The stores should have the option for 1) Store collection 2) Option to have door step delivery once the item value crosses XX (store should able to chose) and within YY km (store should able to chose) The following customer information should be stores 1) Customer mobile number (mandatory) 2) Customer name (mandatory) 3) Customer address, Should able to add multiple address and select right address during ordering (mandatory) 4) Customer e-mail ID (optional) 5) Customer date of birth (optional) Customer should be able to pay via UPI/COD For Store: 1) Store should get the order number 2) Items need to be delivered for the order 3) Should be able to mark as delivered after the delivery 4) The items should automatically deducted from the store inventory list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fKz49sNzfThM8iUWzblXMGSscQ3D_b4hTdi_kymbefI/edit#gid=0
