I would like to hire an ASP.NET Expert

We are a web based rewards program that caters to New Car Dealerships. Our web based application is built on ASP.NET and we need to add a new import process to the system to handle some new files from a provider. So, this import process will have to work simultaneously with the one running today. About 3 to 4 files will be sent nightly and the process will have to go into these files and pick out what we need from each specific file and process it accordingly. The three files will be named approximately like below. 50svc190618 (50 Represents the dealership ID for that particular dealer)(svc1 represents that it is the first service file)The rest is the date 50svc290618 (50 Represents the dealership ID for that particular dealer)(svc2 represents that it is the first service file)The rest is the date 50pts190618 (50 Represents the dealership ID for that particular dealer)(pts2 represents the file from parts department) 50sls90618 (50 Represents the dealership ID for that particular dealer)(sls represents the file from sales department) The import process will merge svc1 and svc2 together taking the data from each file and merging only needed fields turning it into a "svc" file from "svc1 and svc2" file. I have attached the files to show what fields are needed from both The pts1 file and sls file are also attached showing what fields are needed from both files and each to be processed and imported individually. Now, I am attaching the files to be processed and other files showing what the files need to look like to be imported, in other results the ready for import files. Files that will be processed to new files are named AUDISVC1NEW, AUDISVC2NEW, WILL BE MERGED INTO ONE "SVC" FILE TO BE PROCESSED. AUDIFINEW IS THE OTHER FILE TO BE PROCESSED. THE END RESULT FILES TO BE PROCESSED AND IMPORTED SHOULD BE NAMED 50svc090618, 50sls090618 the samples of the files to be processed are attached and named 50_sls_09_27_2018 and 50_svc_09_27_2018 they will all be csv files.
