My daughter is continually being bullied by someone mainly via Instagram. The local authorities then have the ''hate page'' but another page is then created by this anonymous person. This has been ongoing for approx. 3-4 Months and my daughter has now become a suicidal risk and they are relentless in making her feel like shit. The Instagram pages are saying things like '' everybody hate's you/ you should kill yourself etc. The police and her school are aware but cant prove who this is without any evidence.
I need to identify this anonymous scumbag by their IP Address / location or any other accurate information that can be found. I can provide existing links, pages and all other information we have that may assist in your endeavors to locate this person.
