Hello, Thanks for posting the project. I am an Electrical Engineer with 30 years’ experience of Customized Product Development for Instrumentation and Control applications. I am based in Kolkata (India) and running a business in the name of "Zetek Systems". I have a good hardware setup and a team for fabrication and testing. Following is the outline of my solution: The application running on a PC/Laptop will communicate with the Energy Meters via a USB to RS485 converter. The Modbus address of each Energy Meter will be mapped to a particular Flat no. This mapping will be user configurable. I am assuming that the communication manual is available with you. I have 3+ years experience on SCADA and already designed modbus datalalogger which logs data from Photovoltaic Inverters, Multifunction meters and other modbus devices as requested by client. I have developed the source code for this project on Linux environment using raspberry pi. Post completion of this job I will provide source code which can run on both Rasaspberry pi(costs less, no PC is required and preferable ) and PC with any linux environment. **if you want to minimize the cost we can also use NODEMCU which roughly costs 3$ to 5$.
