Digital art background design

2 NPC sprites, 25-30 frames left right views only - One is the druid character, Grania Harmonia. The other will be detailed at a later point in the process. 16 scrolling parallax backgrounds @ 3500*3500px in 3/4 layers png. Where 4 layers are required, the 4th layer will normally be just a sky and clouds layer. Quality should be maintained throughout. I need at least one full day to test a background after it is delivered before making a payment.
