MongoDB zone data sharding proof of concept

We need a developer to build and document a working proof of concept for a mongo 3.4.2 database utilizing zone data sharding using the Symfony 2.8 framework on an Ubuntu 16 server. We will be using the shards as "zones" (new in mongo 3.4). The demo will use 2 zones/shards. The demo only needs to use one collection of documents. One of the document properties will be "zone_id". This zone_id will indicate in which zone/shard the record should be stored. The collection's records will be stored in the zone matching that record's zone_id. For example, if the record has a zone_id of 1 then the record should be stored on shard/zone 1. If the record has a zone_id of 2 then the record should be stored on shard/zone 2. We must be able to control which shard gets the record based on the zone_id. If there is a technical issue with the approach proposed in the previous paragraph please let us know and recommend a better or more appropriate solution. Because communication is critical in this project, please begin your proposal with the phrase "One small step" so that we know you have fully read and understand the requirements. The project should contain examples of creating, reading, updating and deleting records from a specific shard/zone server. There must also be an example of moving the record from one shard to the other shard.
