We are the Mindmavin Consulting Company and we are looking to hire folks with the potential of being a great personal assistant. Mindmavin is headquartered in California (in that town with the beautiful bridge), but the job’s location can be anywhere within the US. For beginners, this is a part time job of 20 hours a week, with the potential to become full time in the near future. Your work will mostly be web and phone based. Hours of work will be based on US-West coast. All training and work will be done wherever you are, but you need to have your computer and the ability to keep it running. At past jobs, I've had to do much of what you're asking so I have experience in most of those areas. The transcription was for a personal project I was helping with, for a site that, sadly, no longer exists. Regardless, it was for very fast-paced and dialogue-heavy videos. I'm quite sure I can keep up. Working from home is not a problem for me, as I've been working as an insurance agent for some time now. I do a lot of my phone work from home.

Dear Sir/Madam, RE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (PART TO FULL TIME) This letter is in response to the current position you have available for an 'Executive Assistant'. I am an Australian-based Virtual Assistant with over fifteen (15) years administration experience. English is my native language. My experience ranges from Quality Control, Recruitment, Front-Line Customer Service and Customer Support, Paralegal, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Manager, Copy Writing, Administration, Audio Transcription / Dictaphone, WP Operator and Data Entry. Due to my past positions, my skills and knowledge include, but are not limited to, all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, emails, HTML, both Windows and Mac Operating Systems and can efficiently type at 85wpm with 100% accuracy. I have extensive experience and can confidently work with all Microsoft Office software. I am also well versed in Photoshop and Search Engine Marketing, and have the ability to adapt to, and learn any new programs that may be needed to execute the tasks required for this position. A position I held for several years was with a Company in Chatswood, Sydney, MPP Executive Centre, was a serviced office space situation, whereby I held the role as a Receptionist, Secretary, PA and Customer Service Representative for a range of businesses that leased office space from us. A recent role I held in a Virtual Assistant capacity, was with a Queensland-based Law Firm, where I took on the role as their Virtual PA, Administrator and Receptionist. The role ranged from drafting correspondence, typing Court documents, prioritising the workload, answering client enquiries, clients' accounts, organisation of travel arrangements, emailing correspondence and meeting urgent deadlines. My home office consists of a High Speed Internet Connection, Laptop and Headset, Colour Printer/Scanner/Photocopier, Mobile Phone and I have a 'Skype' account. My daughter is nineteen (19) years old, so my work environment would not be comprised by any noise or disruption. I have a current ABN registered with the Australian Taxation Office. I would welcome the opportunity to be offered this challenging part time Executive Assistant role, as I would be able to work autonomously from my home environment and be crucial support for your Company, with the view of he position developing in to a more full time position.
