Research and innovation connections

The aim is to identify significant pre existing research and innovation connections between Universities in the Midlands (England) and Australia, Germany, Singapore and South Korea, across four key sectors for the region (agritech, zero carbon energy, transport technologies, health and life sciences). The analyst should use patents data co produced by universities in the region and institutions (universities and firms) in the 4 countries as well as using scival, scopus or Web of science data to identify research links between universities and the 4 markets. The analyst has to produce a report with visualisations and analysis of the innovation and research links. Data obtained and code should also be provided. I would prefer someone with experience in patent data analysis. The person should provide us with a short proposal outlining how they will carry out the work
