We are seeking someone experienced with Webex Meetings and Events who can ensure live meetings/events go smoothly. Each meeting will have up to 6 presenters who will be using Powerpoint/Keynote to present to a group of up to several hundred people. You will guide the presenters through how to share their presentations and possibly other documents, troubleshoot any technical issues that come up, help monitor the chat, conduct polls, and help run a Q & A session. Right now we anticipate we'll need help with about 2 meetings/month from June 23 to mid October, with meetings lasting 1 1/2 to 2 hours starting at 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time, usually on Thursdays. You should be someone who is good at keeping cool under pressure, technologically savvy, fluent in English, and able to interact with Executive-level professionals comfortably and professionally. If you have the proven experience and the confidence to handle managing live meetings via Webex Meetings and Events, please get in touch.
