VBA Excel Combination of targeted sum

hi there,
I'm looking for VBA expert to design a spreadsheet where it can find all combination of a targeted sum. The VBA code should be able to calculate over 8 millions combinations and repetition not allowed, plus showing the quartile for each possible combinations.
Other computer language is also computed.
Example:
Targeted Sum is 52 weeks
