Thanks for the posting this project, Currently I did handled similar work for NY based real estate company and working in their time zone.
Summary:
Post the ads to the website for housing , appts, condos etc. with the contact info,
The tentants contact us on the google number provided with the requirements
We look for the people who can pay the rent in cash and other is if have any personal or federal assistance.
We keep communicating with them to get the info like, hw many Bdrs, Any assistance, Payment mode, Section 8, ( RAC / FGMA ) or any inspection needed for house before rent ?
Duties:
1) Use Google voice to send primary interview / messages to potential client/ Tenants
2) Gather the necessary info from them, Such as PA, RAC, or any other assistance
3) Filter the tenants according to info they provided and create separate file to store them
4) Create a list of tenants which is are useful for us and send them invite and chat with them to clear their answers
5) Invite them for showing etc
6) Fix the appointments and submit the detailed report about the client to upper authority on regular basis.
7)Keep the payment collection records and make reports according to it.

2) Through Google Search using Keyword
3) Province / Real Estate Board
4) Yellow Pages
5) Using facebook , Hashtag etc
6) Using the software vendor who already developed such kind of website for brokerages.
