Need help in designing an Excel cash book with a twist. The small leisure Club has 50 members and has a number of events, each of which needs a P & L. Compactness of entries and number of columns is vital to control ! The easy bit is a double entry, watertight spreadsheet - over 12 months and with about 20 columns - use +/- to deal with income/expense. A THIRD DIMENSION is required to detail the total* in specific cells or [login to view URL] P& L's for each event (with each 50 members listed) provide the total*. I shall design the layout of the "P & L', part of which will consist of manual entries ; e.g. to record members booking for events. More details of design will be provided as necessary .
