We are a recruiting tech company based in NYC and want to hire great people to help us with various sales operations tasks (everything from lead research, sourcing and scheduling). We are looking to hire people on who are willing to work full time basis (40 hours a week). There is an opportunity to grow into a Leader/Manager role here with get pay raises as well if you do well. Our main requirement is that you’re tech savvy and a fast learner – you do not need any previous experience with specific technologies. *We're looking for* + Able to work 9AM - 6PM EST and at least 40 hours every week after trial period + Must have access to fast WiFi and a good computer + Computer Skills: You can type fast and learn new tools very quickly. + Fluent or native in English (especially strong writing skills) + Professional: can communicate well and reliable, on-time and operate in a team. + Work ethic and productivity: you work hard and as quickly and efficiently as you can. + Honesty: Problems come up sometimes, mistakes are made. We understand. But you absolutely need to be honest about these things. + Attention to detail: we want someone who will triple check their work and look for mistakes because they want to be proud of their work. + Strong understanding of American culture and email etiquette *Start your cover letter with the phrase*: "Hi James!" and within your cover letter, please tell us your favorite thing to do outside work so we know you read this fully. Attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions is going to be very important for this job. Your cover letter doesn't have to be long - a few sentences telling us why we should hire you is fine. And please don't include your whole resume in the cover letter. We can just look at your Freelancer profile for that info anyway. *What you can expect from us* - A fun international team of remote workers (we use Slack). Our extended team members live in Italy, Spain, Philippines, Argentina, Uruguay, etc. We don't care where you live as long as you are a good teammate. - You'll be paid on time for all the work you do every time. - If you're the right fit for this job, you can stop constantly applying for projects and start getting paid regularly. - Trial period is 2 day, it will be paid. If you do well, you will move into a longer trial period until you reach full 40 hours a week. *Note*: The hourly rate for this job is $6. Please don't apply with a different job rate. I'm able to use excel and MS Access as required for data entry. I'm also able to analyse data, if needed. I do repetitive work with smartness using computer programming skills. I do a great deal of data cleaning and reformatting in Excel and know how to craft the proper formulas to organize data in proper layout. I also have expertise in VBA scripting language for data munging. To answer your question “favorite thing you do outside work?” I love excising (practicing Yoga) as it helps me look and feel better; gives you greater confidence. Hi James! I'm interested to provide my service. My favorite thing to do outside work, is to watch cricket matches but I have a full time job & freelance works so these days it's almost impossible to catch on sports! As I mentioned, I have a full time job in a broadcast company which is very stressful but if I'm chosen, I would resign from my full time job so I would be able to work 9 am to 6 pm EST as specified. I'm a very honest & dedicated worker plus I give value to each & every bit of work so may be this is the reason why I should be hired! My English is fluent so communication is not a problem. I would be able to follow your instructions. Also, I'm a quick learner. Honestly, I do not have much understanding of American culture & email etiquette but recently I have worked for a UK based company/online store as a customer service representative which required me to respond to customer requests on Zendesk in perfect English, Issue refunds, Re-send products to customers etc, Email exchanges among the owner, supplier & myself so hopefully this would be helpful.
