A. deal ( contract) closure rate
B. lead generation
2. company's resource allocation ( sales driven) and comparation among each operating business unit (BU):
A. inquires ( leads generation)
B. business process
C. contract signing and deal closes
D. deliverary of payment
3. performance of each BU and KPI setting :
A. analysis of leads generation
B. converation rate ( from inquiry to payment)
C. KPI setting
