I am hoping you can be an INTAKE MANAGER for my property investment business. You will receive communications from leads that are calling or emailing in response to offers to buy their properties. In some of these communications you may have to negotiate our offer price. - Need to handle incoming phone calls and follow up on messages - Learn and manage Task management software ( will teach) - Close deals with processes in place ( will provide) You must have excellent negotiating skills. Most important to be very fluent in English and have local number to communicate. Please reply with 'dirtdeeds' in the subject of the message. This is an hourly position with ongoing work.
