Either recently early in your career, we highly value experience working directly with customers. Great with people. You are confident receiving inbound phone calls and making proactive outbound calls to A great communicator. A strong cultural fit. GMT +8 hours. I came from Hospitality Industry. But due to a medical reason, I can't continue on. I'm currently self-learning about programming but still pretty new. I'm applying for this position for I have some experience related to moderation and customer support limited to (Live chat/Email). I'm also a moderator on a Facebook group about job hiring for seafarers with 100k+ members. Which my main duties are to moderate the group from scams, unrelated post, and unwanted arguments between jobseekers. I have been also employed as a freelancer from some Online Games (Private Server) as a Game Master/Moderator. My main duties are handling Customer Support through in-game chat, email, forums, and social media. And directly interact with the players to get their input about the game, to know what we need to improve on our service. To give them the best enjoyable experience we can offer. To be effective at my work, I need to be attentive on details on what my customers are saying, to know exactly how I can handle their concerns.
