Hi there! My name is Chelsea and I’m a technology entrepreneur. I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can help me during the week for an average of 1–2 hours per day, ideally long-term, but you must be readily contactable 12 hours a day or more (response time within 10 mins) via Telegram. MUST speak English. You’ll be doing a variety of tasks, including: 1. Managing email accounts and paperwork 2. Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling meetings, booking travel, etc…) 3. Maintaining tracking sheets and other similar databases. 4. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often) 5. Comfortable using new technology (Telegram, Zoom, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides) If you are a good fit, there is room to grow in the position. I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. Big bonus if you consider yourself to have a can-do spirit. Please let me know: 1. Your hourly rate 2. I am working as an administrative assistant for sales team of an technology company in Vietnam. And I'm in Hanoi - Vietnam now. 1. I saw that you use the G suite package. it's for simplicity of file sharing I guess. I have to be honest, I've never used it, but I think I could learn in a few minutes/hours.
