Make telephone calls to clients to request for information or to translate. Make telephone calls to insurance companies to open or request status of personal injury auto accident claims. Do administrative tasks related to the claims opened and requested client information.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must know how to Speak in English and/or Spanish

Must have a good verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work 40+ Hours a week

Must be willing to work on weekends

Must have reliable internet speed

Must have great attention to detail

A great work history with great feedback

Google Docs, PDF Writing Program, Microsoft Word and Excel skills
