Download whole database from web source to XLS 2016

I would need to download whole database from web source into excel.

Normally I would do it via XLS 2016 > Data > From web > add url...it should be relatively easy but in this case it doesent work.

Could you please help me do it. Final output should be in xls (croatian or english).

I have attached file to explain what to do...
