The people I am cold-calling have already tried selling their home in the past year. Your task is to find out if they have sold their property already, or if they are marketing their home with another agent. I will provide you the instructions in how to check if each property is sold or being marketed through another agent. If it is SOLD or BEING MARKETED THROUGH ANOTHER AGENT, then you will highlight the row on EXCEL so I know that I am not to call them. Seeking english speaking freelancers. Seeking a freelancer who can follow instructions. I have a microsoft word document with instructions as well as a video of instructions of me doing this same task. Please watch the entire video. If you're performance is fast and accurate, I can provide a better pay. If you are slow and make mistakes, the pay will be lower.
