Entering data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files Transferring data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners Handling numerical data accurately; creating spreadsheets Listening to notes from audio recorder Organizing spreadsheets with large numbers Scan documents and print files, when needed Keep information confidential Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Comply with data integrity and security policies Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions Additional Information Please note: Some late nights, weekends and live event days over the year Some travel to USA and UK.
