Copying Math Textbook Answer Key

I scanned the answer key for a 7th-grade math textbook and I want to make it available to my students. However, it's way too long (517 pages). The issue is that the book includes the question and answers.
To fix this, I'd like someone to copy just the answers down onto a new document. There are 120 lessons with 30 problems each (so 3,600 total answers to copy). Most of them are easy (things like 17, $2.76, etc.), but some are more difficult. For instance, geometric lines (e.g., AB with a line over it), fractions (keeping them vertical, not like "3/4" with the sideways orientation), some are drawings of circles or other shapes.
To that end, I need someone comfortable with creating math notation, as this does have to look exactly like the book (though black and white is fine). I've included an example page from the textbook (lesson 16, problems 1-9) as well as a template as to how I'd like the answers to look (one page per lesson, I made the sheet for lessons 16-17 as an example). The final product would be 120 pages long.
Other requirements: you must deliver it as a Pages document (like the included example). The answers should be Times New Romans size 12 and centered within their cells (both vertically and horizontally), as per the first cell in the included example.
The answer keys are all PDF format but do have OCR on them, so there's a good chance you can directly copy/paste all of them.
I would ask that you do the sample of just lesson 16 problems 1-9 (provided below) so I can verify you understand the parameters (returned as a Pages document); after all, it would be kind of awful for both of us if you did all 120 pages and then we realized something was off, right?

Please notice that this must be in Pages format, not in Word, PDF, etc. This means you will need to have an Apple computer (Macbook, iMac, etc.) so you can use the Pages program. If you are limited purely to Windows than this project will not work for you. Thanks!
