Leveraging any app from O365, this solution is designed to streamline, automate, and expedite the departure process for everyone . The idea is for HR, new candidates and hiring managers to provide information through e-forms that feed into a dataset and triggers tasks or notices to various corporate teams. In brief 1. Employee initiates process by making an -request 2. Request sent to manager for approval 3. Approval triggers multiple sets of tasks grouped by internal service team (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) 4. Once completed, each sets of tasks (including populated fields) are sent to each internal service team for their review 5. Once each internal service approves review, summary of each sets of tasks with employee information and manager approval merged into a single document 6. Document sent to certain internal services team to for processing or filing 7. Document sent to employee and manager for their record The solution must be easy, secure and adjustable. Except for the high level steps above, all creative solutions welcomed!
