Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and time management, the capability of multitasking, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position will require the candidate to possess excellent organizational and communication skills Duties: • Manage o Day-to-day financial operations o Accounts payable & accounts receivable o Prepare and perform bank deposits • Prepare and record payments to vendors (utilities, repair and maintenance crew) • Pay property taxes based on due dates • Prepare and record rehab costs o Monitor budgets and payments to contractors • Reconcile, and prepare financial reports on a monthly basis o Accurately and timely performance of full cycle accounting for multiple properties • Process payroll and reimbursements for employees o Coordinate with HR in reporting vacation and sick hours • Report directly to President, Work closely with property manager and CPAs Required Skills & Qualifications: • QuickBooks Pro expertise • Bookkeeping experience (at least 2 years) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Google Drive • Time management, written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and balance deadlines

Hi, I came across your job post for the Bookkeeper job and I believe my 3 years work experience as a Virtual Bookkeeper for a Property Management Company based in Las Vegas Nevada trained me for this job. My tasks include (but is not limited) to the following: • Process and generate monthly Rental Owners Statements. • Audit and send Rental Owner Statements for the month. • Pay rental owners with their monthly net proceeds. • Process connection request for utility services for gas, water, electricity, trash & sewer. • Process and record utility bill payments for gas, water, electricity, sewer & trash consumption. • Create & process repair invoices for the month (i.e. queue bills for payment, update corresponding task in buildium, enter charge in tenant ledgers, send notification emails to tenants) • Prepare and process payment of quarterly Real Property tax for rental owners. • Audit tenant ledgers for prepayments, late fees, reversed payment charges, repair invoices. • Queue monthly management fee checks. • Queue monthly income and repair payment checks. • Request transfer for monthly income. • Prepare EOY Rental Owner Statements and reconcile with 1099 data. • Train direct subordinates on property management accounting/bookkeeping processes.
