I am looking for Administration/Communications assistants. I am hoping to find proactive, smart and inquisitive employees. Who are good with prioritization, and good with deadlines. I want an administration assistance who makes my life easier, not more work! The Job: The office works exclusively with gmail, google docs and google calendar. The applicant must have advanced knowledge and skills with the above software. Tasks: Monitoring and responding to e-mails Booking the calender Excellent customer service and prompt e-mail response. Internet research, and social marketing odd jobs in the area of health and well being. (3 hrs per week) The position is 10 hours per week, with a trial period of 2 weeks to be sure its the right fit.

My responsibilities in those positions included day-to-day administrative tasks such as; reading and answering e-mails and/or forwarding them to the appropriate staff, writing and editing reports, drafting client correspondence, writing press releases, following up with media, organizing and making timelines for upcoming exhibitions, consigning and tracking inventory and client records in Excel, generating invoices for payment, and more. I also currently work remotely with LX Partners (business consultancy firm) in Singapore communicating primarily via e-mail and working collaboratively when needed using Google Docs. I'm also familiar with Skype and can definitely communicate that way as well. I've bid £5/hour for roughly 10 hours a week. I'm available weekends.
