Virtual assistant for academic (native English speaker only)

I am an academic with family and I need a help getting through my work. I need jobs done like: * I will send you a journal article and you need to find the 20+ articles that I have highlighted in the references list. You will send me PDFs of the new articles, and download the full citation of the new article to EndNote and send me the file with the full citations. You will need access to, and be able to use EndNote referencing software. * Finding out Impact Factors for a list of journal names that I give you. That's a relatively simple websearch. Results to be inserted into an Excel spreadsheet that I supply, to gradually build up that database. * Transcribing first five minutes of audio files from conference sessions. * Other tasks as required. It is unlikely you will be able to do this job unless you have worked in an academic or scholarly research environment. The work is likely to be a few hours a week initially. I expect the job will grow as we get to know each other and I can see more of what you can do.
