We (freelancer.com) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "Service Delivery Coordinator" to join our team and be part of this amazing project during an amazing growth period *************************Should be located in Malaysia************************* Role Title: Service Delivery Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities: - Allocating and managing daily assignment of work orders and field service resources - Coordinating the onboarding and training of field service resources - Outbound calls to customers to obtain further information and/or to identify customer satisfaction - Delivering a high level of customer service through day-to-day interaction with the field team - Ensuring performance metrics are met Requirements: - Experience in a scheduling/dispatching or a similar role is a MUST - Experience in a fast-paced/high volume, customer-centric working environment essential - Experience with MS Office - High accuracy, and attention to detail - Ability to learn and follow process flows - Effective time management and organizational skills - Outstanding customer and team engagement capabilities to communicate across all levels - Should be available to work 5 days a week.
