We need someone who can check customer service emails, process replacements, and verify orders daily. This is a long-term, ongoing position. This job takes about 30 minutes per day. Responsibilities: - Processing replacement shipments for customers after checking daily emails - Verifying addresses and checking over orders before approving them to ship - Updating inventory records - Sending customers a feedback request form weekly Requirements: - Must be fluent in English - Must have reliable internet connection without frequent power outages - Must be comfortable interacting with customers in a polite and friendly manner - Must have previous customer service experience - Must be able to complete the job sometime after 4:00 AM and before 8:00AM (UTC−05:00) Notes: I have a detailed training website with instructions and FAQ's so you can quickly learn the material. ***** NO agencies please Please answer these 4 questions in your proposal: 1. We start shipping at 8:00 AM (UTC−05:00). We need to have all the emails checked and replacements processed before the warehouse start shipping. After 4:00 AM and before 8:00 AM (UTC−05:00) is after 2.30 PM and before 6.30 PM here in India, so it is very convenient for me to complete the job each day between the time you've mentioned. 2). We are very sorry that you received a damaged item. We take utmost care while shipping the items so such cases are rare. We would be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost to you and we will process your request for replacement at the earliest so we could deliver the new item in the least time possible and pick up the damaged good from you. Our Delivery man will be at your doorstep in no time. We are very sorry once again and we would appreciate your understanding and patience in this rare occurrence. 3). I come across many of such customers where they paid for a particular service and the service is not processed as per the stipulated time. I use to contact them and try to convince them with the actual problem of the service delay. Also try to give them any discount if available for such customers and try to keep track of their product deliver so that they wont furstrate any more for the service. 4. In this situation I will respect the customers information and update them that our team is working on the issue and it will be resolved asap. Also try to keep the track of such issues and update them by email once the issue resolves as it will convert the customer into potential customer and we can get more business from mouth publicity. If there are any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us so we can have them addressed. 3. Customer sent device in for warranty repairs but received a quote for the cost of repairs, customer was very angry. I apologized to customer for misunderstanding and allowed her to vent. I assured customer that there was no obligation to pay; also educated her on what the warranty covers. I advised her why she received the quote and the options available. 4. I would assure customer that we are working to have the issue resolved.

Yes I will be available to work during those hours I would say to the customer: Sir/Madam I am really to sorry that the item arrived damaged but I can definitely get you sorted out by sending you a replacement for the damaged item that you received. And once again my sincere apologies for any inconvenience that was caused I know you must have been expecting the order not to be damaged but I will go ahead and get you taken care of by sending you the replacement and try by best to see if I can get it expedited for you. Whenever I had an irate customer, I would listen to the customer to ensure I understand why the customer was upset , I normally would let the customers vent if they have to and then I apologize to the customer and let the customer know that I acknowledge they reason why they are upset and also empathizing can go a long way if done properly. As soon as the customer is calm I let the customer know what I will do to assist, and if the customer request to escalate to a supervisor and there are no supervisor available I would normally offer a call back and set an expectation to let the customers know when they should expect a call back. If a customer pointed out that there was something wrong with a product or with the services I would let the customer know that if it is a product or service issue I would notify management and let the customer know someone will review and sort out any error or glitch that they experienced.
