Customer Service Virtual Assistant Support I'm looking for a reliable FULL TIME on going, Customer Service Support Virtual Assistant for our Amazon store. We are looking for individuals with best Amazon store experience to assist with our customers various requests. With a high earning potential discover what it is like to work for an employer that truly understands the value of having great help. We are willing to give you directions if you have previous experience but since we don’t have much time, we won’t be willing to train you from scratch. You must be great at customer service and be able to handle minimum phone calls. Need to be a VERY detail oriented person and ability to follow through on every thing. If you're good at the work you do, this will be a long term ongoing job full time job. We welcome hard working and dedicated staff who pays attention to details and handles the work as if this is his/her own business. Requirements - Must be able to work the following schedule 1:00pm - 8:00pm Thu-Tue PST (4:00am - 11:0am Fri-Wed PHT) - Must have personal computer and headset - Must have reliable internet with AT LEAST A 3 MBPS PLAN or CAN UPGRADE AS SOON AS HIRED (and an alternative internet if main internet is down) - Must have at least 1 year experience with home based job - Excellent English verbal and typing skills - Strong Internet connection to host Skype meetings - Strong Google sheet skill - Attention to details - Ability to follow through - Administrative tasks - Computer literate - Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work - Each call will be recorded and listened to for training purposes. - A trial period is best for both parties - Working headset Prior phone customer service experience is REQUIRED.
