We're looking for Tech Support Agents. We use Zendesk for Customer Service Portal. For this project' you must have a computer that can remotely access the ticketing system and a headset for answer calls. Good level of English Speaking is required for answering incoming calls and communicating with customers. This job is not a short time job. Applicants must be able to work for at least 5 hours on workdays. Time Zone: EST (GMT -5) Project description: - Using Zendesk ticket system, - Organizing the tickets and filling the informations about request, - Answering calls from customers and answering technical questions, - Checking the live chat system on the website and meeting the requests coming from it, - Transferring Tier 2 and higher technical support requests to the team.
