Looking for a web designer/CSS for a short term project of between 100 and 180 hours. The selected web designer will have the opportunity to be part of an ongoing development team. Must have: - experience translating wireframe pdfs we supply into clean, well written SASS/CSS that can be applied to a Ruby on Rails 5.1 app being developed. You do not need to know Rails, you will be given .html files with dummy data as needed. - experienced with Bootstrap 4 (alpha 6). - must have experience styling React js components. - comfortable with git, github. - comfortable working with daily short standup meetings. Will be working under the direction of web developer who will supply wireframes, answer any questions and will be reviewing your work. Work to be done remotely.

Hi, As you want to make the time based on hourly concept, so do you want us to put an hourly charge ? Two designers shall work from our end. One for Photoshop graphics and another for HTML/CSS. Reason: PSD designer creates the base and measurements, upon which an HTML developer could code. We do work with Bootstrap 5.0, 4 etc.. and have our own company's GIThub account.
